FamilyMart Launches “Famima Wonderful Campaign” in Celebration of Dog Day with Popular Character Collaboration
FamilyMart Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kensuke Hosomi) is excited to announce the launch of its “Famima Wonderful Campaign” in collaboration with popular character “Shibanban,” as part of its ongoing commitment to the concept of “Your Happiness,” one of its five core initiatives. In celebration of “Dog Day” on November 1, products featuring Shibanban will be available at approximately 16,300 FamilyMart locations nationwide, starting October 29, 2024.
Dog Day, established by the Japan Pet Food Association, celebrates November 1 due to its resemblance to a dog’s bark (“One-One-One”). This day encourages appreciation for dogs while promoting knowledge about them.
To commemorate, FamilyMart will release exclusive, limited-edition Shibanban items featuring adorable packaging and delicious flavors. This year’s Dog Day selection includes baked treats, chocolates, gummies, potato sticks, and eco-friendly bags—each item bringing both visual and taste appeal for a delightful experience available only at FamilyMart.
