The company’s aim is to contribute to sustainable fishing, and the company says, “Compared to livestock products, seafood alternatives are still less well known. We hope this will help people learn more about them.”
The product contains two rolls of “salmon roe” and “sea urchin,” each of which also has “crab” and cucumber wrapped in it. Not only the appearance, but also the texture and taste are close to the real thing. The price is 398 yen.
