■Delicious plant-based food. The third installment of the “Blue Green Project” offers new food options
The Blue Green Project was launched under the supervision of Hiromichi Ochiai with the idea of ”Let’s do things that are good for the Earth and are useful, even if it’s just a little at a time.” The project has been selling cutlery such as spoons and forks that biodegrade in nature, and straws that can be washed and reused, helping to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by plastic.
In recent years, as customer needs for food have become more diverse, we wanted to provide delicious products to a wide range of customers, so in 2023 we launched products based on the concept of “delicious plant-based products,” which received a great response. This time, as the third installment of the series, we will be releasing a total of five products, including dairy-free cheesecakes and donuts.
This lineup of delicious, plant-based ingredients offers customers new food options. Don’t miss this opportunity!
