Seasoned seaweed snack “Nori Kakeru-kun Premium Houjun Yuzu Shio” from Kozen Honten Company (TOkyo).

A single sheet of domestic dried seaweed is crushed and seasoned. The yuzu from Kochi Prefecture is used to create a yuzu salt flavor with a fresh aroma. In addition snack or Furikake( topping on rice), it can be sprinkled on soba noodles, ramen noodles, fried chicken, and other dishes. It is packaged in a stand-up pouch with a zipper for convenient storage.

Yuzu flavor is everywhere now in the world not only Beverages or Seasoning but also for healthier snacks , refreshing ice cream or candy etc. Yuzu is a  traditional citrus in Japan. It has long been used in yuzu baths and as a colorful ingredient in Japanese cuisine, especially in winter.
