Pan Pacific International Holdings (Tokyo) introduced a new function called “Majivoice” to the official app for its original electronic money “majica” in November last year, and simultaneously launched the official website of the “Majivoice Realization Committee” to explain how the new function is being implemented in response to requests from customers.
Seven months have passed since the launch of Magic Voice, and one of its main features, “Honest Reviews,” has received a total of 620,000 ratings and comments. Products that have been improved based on the comments received so far are now on sale at Don Quijote and MEGA Don Quijote stores.
As for improved products, the “Andaku Drowned Tenshinhan” (430 yen including tax) has been redesigned with a container that is less likely to spill over after complaints that the bean paste would spill out when taken home. In addition, the “Delicious to the End Green Shiso Senbei More Rich Flavor” (214 yen including tax) has a stronger shiso flavor, and in response to complaints that “it would be easier to buy if the bag was a little smaller…”, the content volume and price have been reduced.
”Good for sucking and eating, dashi-marinated edamame” (322 yen including tax) received a lot of negative feedback, such as “it’s too soft and difficult to eat,” “the skin stays in your mouth,” and “it makes your hands sticky,” so the product has been improved and the way the flavor penetrates has been adjusted, and “Antibacterial aluminum foil 25cm x 10m” (141 yen including tax) has been revamped by changing the box packaging from the previous integrated blade to a separate blade to eliminate the difficulty of cutting.
