Nissin Foods (Tokyo) will release the “Complete Meal Mystery Meat Bowl” nationwide on December 8th.
“Kanzen Meshi” is a brand that pursues a balance of deliciousness and 33 types of nutrients *1 , including vitamins and minerals set out in the “Japanese Dietary Reference Intakes.”
Using the company’s latest food technology, the company has been able to balance not only the three major nutrients of protein, fat, and carbohydrates, but also vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids, while suppressing the bitterness and harshness that are typical of nutrients, resulting in a taste that is no different from regular meals.
The Cup Noodle Mystery Meat Bowl was a fictional dish posted on the Cup Noodles official social media platform, which became a hot topic and was then commercialized. It was released exclusively through the online store in 2018 and proved so popular that 10,000 bowls were sold out immediately.
This time, that flavor has been recreated in “Complete Meal.” The juices from the “Mystery Meat” and the unique peppery soy sauce flavor of “Cup Noodles” that clings to the rice combine to create a satisfying bowl of rice that rehydrates easily in hot water.
This product has been certified as an “Optimized Nutrition Food” *2 by the Japan Optimized Nutrition Association, a general incorporated association, as a food with a well-balanced content of major nutrients .
*1: All nutrients for which the recommended intake amounts for Japanese people are specified in the “Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese” (2020 edition).
*2: “Optimized Nutrition Food”: A certification given by the Japan Optimized Nutrition Association to products that meet registered nutritional design standards.
